Our brain has an in-built comparison process happening all time.

Every thought we have has an equal thought to balance it out, If we do not listen to this other side we can become unbalanced. Learning to listen to both sides creates certainty, confidence and resilience to move forward.

If we only listen to one side we can create sickness, anxiety and frustration.. Take money for example. If we think we have gained money then we must have lost money(or something to the same value) However most of us think that when we make money that is a good thing(we don't see how it may also be a drawback to us.)

Relationship problems are caused by blaming the other person the the way they did or did not behave, or the what they said or did not say.

We can alter our perception of the situations by seeing that no matter what they have done or not done it has a way of helping us find the truth of the matter.

Ask how is this helping rather that "not helping me".

Ask how can I use this situation to find out who I really am.

Ask if that did do as I wanted how would that affect me negatively.

These are all questions to open your conscious awareness to the greater picture of your own life.

It can be tricky when you are in the midst of it to really see what is going on and that is where I help you to ask yourself the right questions that will get the best results.
