Grief comes in many forms and may be hidden as an underlay to every decision we make today.
Have you had a personal relationships that did not work out. You may be grieving over the hurt you suffered. The grief of this hurt is now running your life today. It affects how you make choices about your next relationship or it may stop you from committing to a new relationship. Grief can take a strong hold on our belief systems. It can remain with us for years and lay dormant deep in our emotional layers.
Taking the steps to deal with the patterns of grief from a past relationship will transform your life.
Life is a process of understanding the deeper messages that we receive. When a relationship breaks down the different parties may go in to blaming themselves or the other party for the break down.
Instead of blaming and holding on to pain, take a series of life guidance sessions to take a deeper look at the messages present in the break up. These messages will lead you to evolve into a more centered and balanced person able to have a new understanding of your true self. It will allow you to find a more authentic new relationship where you are valued, supported and grow together as a united couple.
Is the gap in your relationship getting bigger and bigger?
You can't turn around and look at each other.
You can't see eye to eye. You'er not on the same page anymore.
The distance between you getting too great to conqueror.
Lock down, unemployment, lack of money and many other environmental circumstances is putting extra pressure on relationships.
When disagreements start the gaps appear and we don't know how to resolve the issues. We start to believe that our partner is changing or they are not who we believed them to be. They do not love us the same way anymore.
The answer is to balance out your own emotions first.
-------------------------------------------
You do not have to resolve issues together.
You do not have to go to counselling sessions together. You do not have to blame the other person or yourself.
Emotional energy.
----------------------
We get emotional when our expectations are not being met.
All emotions carry energy and when we hold on to that emotion it start to have an effect on our body. Other people instinctively pick up on the emotions that we are feeling and naturally react to it.
By shifting your perspective you change the emotional energy you carry.
Rather that getting angry and upset use your relationship to understand who you really are. Why do you get upset about something they do or say? What is this telling you that you need to know.
If you go into a relationship thinking your partner will always be there for you, never confront you, always be loving and never mean. You have and unrealistic expectation of what a relationship is really all about.
It is not a good idea to place too much expectation and pressure on another person to deliver a perfect relationship with you.
To support you all the time, to love you all the time, to believe in you all the time.
It is better to know that your relationship will challenge you in ways you would never expect. The way you handle this is what is most important to you and only you!
The truth about relationships.
----------------------------------
You partner and you are the there to hold the space for each other. A space that allows you both to grow in to a unique being full of love, compassion and gratitude. You partner is there to support and challenge you so that you both become more aware of yourself and each other.
The gap.
------------
When the gaps appear and you don't know how to handle a difficult situation, rather than blaming them, find a way to resolve it with in yourself.
The gap is not about them. ...
It is not about the relationship.
It is not about who is to blame.
It is not about who is hurt the most.
It is not about the faults or failures of your partner or you.
---------------
it is about you.
It is about where you are at in your life.
It is about the changes in you that you have to embrace.
It is an opportunity or a message of inner growth.
It is there for you to take a look at where you are at and who you want to be.
Close the gap
---------------
When you take the steps to process all the inner turmoil, Calm the storm and release the emotional energy you will shift the your relationship with yourself to a new level.
